The e-mail address used to create an account on this website will not be sold or provided to any other organizations or individuals.  All members of the Human Factors Interest Group have full control over how much personal information is accessible by other registered members.

Members have access to each other's profiles.  It is possible for a malicious individual to create an account and mine user data (we have gone to great lengths to prevent automated access to this information), this is outside of the reasonable uses for which the membership contact database is intended for—members should not be soliciting products or services en masse to other members, and if this is brought to the attention of hfig-web [at] mie [dot] utoronto [dot] ca (the webmaster) then offending accounts will be suspended.
